Subscription Terms / Terms of Sale
- HOW TO SIGN UP: To subscribe to the Service:
- Go to https://headlinecoffee.ca/account/register and register for an account (a name and valid e-mail address will be required);
- Choose whole bean or ground coffee, and specify the number of 340g bags you wish to have delivered each month;
- Click on “Complete Subscription”;
- Fill in the form with the appropriate customer information and desired shipping address; and
- Review and pay for your order with a valid credit card. Please check your order carefully.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase and subscription to the Service.
- WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: The Service is open to residents of Ontario 18 years of age or older. You do not need to be a Toronto Star subscriber to participate. A valid credit card, e-mail and shipping address are required.
- PAYMENT: Your Headline Coffee subscription charges of $20.00 CDN per month (including tax and delivery) will be billed monthly to the active credit card you provide at the time you place your initial order. Your card will be charged each month on the monthly anniversary of your initial order. After the initial month, your subscription will continue automatically at the subscription rate then in effect unless you contact us to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time; see “CANCELLATION” below for details. The credit card account used at the time of purchase is responsible for all payments.
- DELIVERY: Your first shipment of Headline Coffee will arrive near the beginning of the month after you place your first order. Your next shipment will be delivered near the beginning of each month that follows for as long as your subscription is active. Your order will be delivered by Canada Post or another reputable courier company. Sorry, delivery is only available to addresses in nine provinces across Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.
CANCELLATION: To cancel your subscription to the Service, please:
- Login to your account at headlinecoffee.ca/account and click the “manage subscription” link in the middle of the page. Click “manage” and follow the links to delete your account. Please note that the first day of each calendar month is the deadline to cancel that month’s order. Once the monthly order cancellation deadline has passed, you will be unable to cancel that month’s order. If you cancel after the deadline, your credit card will be charged and you will receive coffee that month; your cancellation of the Service will become effective the following month.

- RETURNS/REFUNDS: Returns of Headline Coffee are not accepted. If your Headline Coffee is damaged, missing, you believe you are entitled to a refund, or you have other concerns, contact us at 1-855-687-5915 (Monday – Friday between 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET; Saturday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET).
- MANUFACTURER: Headline Coffee is manufactured by Mountain View Coffee Inc, 400 Steeprock Drive, Toronto ON M3J 2X1.
